The compensation range is $260,000-$390,000 (Cravath) + Cravath Bonuses. Q1 2025 start date available.
This opportunity is for you if you’re ready to expand your Tech/IP practice to a new level. You would have the opportunity to work on a wide range of transactions, including domestic and international transactions that the Firm handles for public and private companies across a broad spectrum of industries, including software, pharma and life sciences, energy and infrastructure, chemical and industrial, consumer products, and media and entertainment.
